Non-defective product(s)
1.Should you have any changes regarding your purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order upon your request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 30% restocking fee. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2.The UPS will charge us US$10.00 for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient. Otherwise, Customers would have to bear all the additional delivery and service charges, including that being imposed by the UPS .
3.If you do not want to accept the received product(s) after opening the package, please contact us for a RMA number before returning the item to us. Shipping expenses and a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
4.We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong product, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund.
Defective product(s)
1.All our products hold a one-year warranty for most of our products(Some special items have six months warranty ,pls check the item description page).  Defective product(s) may be replaced if it is returned within a year since the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department to resolve your problems. Do not return any items directly to us without getting a RMA number. Returning any items without a RMA number may result in delaying exchange or refund process.After 30 days and up to one year of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones).
2.Defective products must be returned within 30 days since the issue date of the RMA #. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will proceed.Refund olny given within one month from the purcahse date.
3.If the warranty period expires or products are misused, no replacement or refund will proceed.
4.The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.
5.It is not acceptable to bring the defective item for exchange in person.
**If any of the above conditions are not met, We reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 35%, at our sole discretion**
RMA Procedure
1.After receiving the products from us, please keep the package and all enclosed documents properly. They are all required upon returning defective product(s).
2.Email our customer service officers for a RMA number. It would be appreciated if you can provide your name, email address, phone and invoice. We will issue a RMA number to you by email.
3.Repack the original package including the enclosed documents. Missing any original components may incur our refusal to exchange or refund.
4.Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and send it back to us. We will not be responsible for any consequence caused if customers do not mark the RMA as requested. Please note that you should be responsible for the loss of shipment. You can insure the shipment to reduce potential loss that you may suffer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if you want to return the product for any reason. We strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card or PayPal will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account.

**About LAPTOP BATTERY:Please compare part numbers between your original battery part number and our part number. They have to be eaxactly same to be compatible. Only your device model number is not enough to check the compatibility.
